I am all for being original and creative when it comes to weddings and events but I totally underestimated having a wedding DJ. And when I say wedding DJ, I mean someone who specializes in weddings as they know all of the nuances and challenges for everyone dealing with a wedding.
Why recommend someone like Stan to the bride and grooms as opposed to a band or “my friend is a DJ”?
1) Organised and Experienced; Stan met with Berlyn and I and used software to organise and program all of the music from the room entrance to last dance and everything in between. He was efficient and wise with his advice.
2) Professionalism; The point is he was very much responsible for creating the real party energy and atmosphere that we and the guests experienced on the night. Our room entrance alone, which he orchestrated, was a major highlight and set the tone, so many guests commented on this.
3) Price and Value; Very reasonable! The entertainment has a big impact on the overall event – more so than the cake, I can attest to that. He also did some of the MC announcements and used the DJ desk as a prop for a few great photos. He just kept the show happening, just as much as the MC.
4 )Venue relationship: Very much, no fuss, no muss, self-reliant, knows his way around, honest and respects the venue. He adds value to the venue in the eyes of the client. And, compare this to getting a band into and out of the venue and all of their needs and extra work for us.
You get the point. This is not an advertisement but more of an advice: use Stan from 3D Entertainment and you will be doing everyone a favour, but especially the Bride and Groom.
